While I just talk about video Game bending, some people are already doing live sets with it. Dan Tombs a Norwich artist has recently performed a video set for the
East International 2005 art show. It was recorded and is
available online through the site. The amount of glitching is pretty intense and the images are mindboggling. I wonder however if he is actually doing it live? I see a laptop in the picture and I did spot a free VJ clip lurking in the mix ( unless it was ripped from a video game to begin with ). As for myself, I tend not to rely on the bentstuff while performing, it crashes too much. What about audio glitching or audio responce? Maybe someone will get back to me on that one. Much thanks to Luke for the links, please send more.

Respect to Luke for posting my stuff,
Basically my set up is four/five of my video bentsrtuments that feed into an edirol vj mixer which in turn runs into some software made by vidvox.net which allows me to add effects and use some pre-recorded clips should the instruments fail (belts and braces approach) i can surely say that there are no stock vj clips used in my set so any resmblance is purely co incidental i'm afraid.
Will post some some more shots clips soon, but please get in touch if you want to know more
cheers
dan
