It was essentially a place where people could come donate their busted/unwanted/etc. electronics. It would be run on a volunteer basis, where students/hobbyists would spend time breaking down electronics for re-use or recycling in exchange for free access to parts, tools, storage and education. I still have a flash presentation of this idea on my computer, if you'd be interested in posting it for poops and giggles.
